Professional hunting guide Aron Snyder lives for hunting sheep, goats, and other big game deep in the backcountry. When he approached us about collaborating on a design, we jumped at the opportunity. The result is the Jackstone, reflecting Aaron’s passion for the traditional Canadian belt knife.
Its lightweight build and utilitarian shape makes the Jackstone ideal for multi-day backcountry trips. The distinct leaf-shaped blade provides enough belly for skinning while maintaining a super strong tip capable of more demanding tasks. Its rounded, ergonomic handle is optimized for comfort and control. And at just 3.5 oz, the Jackstone is virtually unnoticeable when attached to your pack.

I initially bought this as a gift for my brother but he wanted my Speedgoat more and I wound up keeping this one. I enjoyed my speed goat but I would poke myself here and there with the blade tip while quartering an animal. A week after I received this knife I got my first deer ever. This knife did exceptional skinning out, popping/cutting joints, and stayed sharp the whole time. Best part none of my own blood wound up on my knife. I will probably buy another speedgoat but this knife will likely be my go to in most situations.

Have not used yet but I can tell i'll love it. Love the way the handle fits my hand. Extremely sharp. Kydex sheath is great. I think this will be a very versatile knife.
