We finished the premium MagnaCut steel in a low-glare stonewash texture that hides wear and improves scratch-resistance.

As a cryogenically heat-treated stainless steel, MagnaCut provides the perfect blend of toughness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance. Unlike other stainless steel blades, MagnaCut can be easily resharpened — even by novice knife owners.

More wear-resistant than other stainless steels, and more corrosion-resistant than carbon steel, MagnaCut is in a class of its own.

Bulletproof G-10 Handle

The G-10 handle scales are equally as tough as the blade. G-10 is famous for being strong, durable, and stable — unmatched by any natural handle material. It won’t absorb blood and provides superior grip… even when wet and bloody.

Three hollows are cut into the handle to decrease weight and allow for maximum epoxy bonding before screws and high-strength Loctite secure the perfect fit.

Exclusive MKC Open Carry Sheath 2.0

Each Jackstone comes with a USA Made, custom MKC Kydex sheath.

The sheath features a built-in retention screw to customize blade tension and allow for handle-down carrying. The Jackstone sheath comes with a Kydex clip that allows you to carry your knife on a pack or belt loop, either horizontally or vertically.

    This is my 3rd jackstone, best hunting knife made , in my opinion. Mkc hit the nail on the head with this knife. Also love my whitetail & Stonewall. I think I have the ultimate hunting knife set up

    Very Usable Blade Design

    This is my first "Canadian belt" style knife. So far I'm well pleased with the blade design. The knife did a great job breasting out / removing legs and thighs off a turkey this spring. Still holds a great edge, even after some bone contact. We'll see how it holds up to more skinning related task this fall with Pronghorn and Mule Deer, but with the positioning of the blade tip, I imagine it will do great. If I could only have 1 knife, this would be it.
