As part of our relentless pursuit of perfection, we’ve taken your feedback and upgraded our most popular knife: the original Speedgoat. With a new finger guard for added safety and a slightly longer handle for better grip, you’ll experience unmatched handling and comfort in every cut.

The MagnaCut Speedgoat 2.0 features your choice of PVD or stonewash finish on the blade. Additional enhancements include added thickness in high-stress areas for increased strength, a widened lanyard hole in the handle for easy paracord threading, and minor tweaks to the handle shape for improved ergonomics. Opening morning, it’s on your hip. By noon, it’s skinning out a mule deer. By dinner, it’s slicing backstrap next to the fire, and on Monday, it’s back on your belt for whatever the week throws at it.

The MagnaCut Speedgoat 2.0 has always been the knife that does the most work per ounce. Now it comes wrapped in Bitterroot, Huckleberry, or Glacier color 550 paracord. It’s got the same edge, the same bite, and it’s a lot easier to spot on the tailgate.

STONEWASH OR PVD MAGNACUT STAINLESS STEEL

As a cryogenically heat-treated stainless steel, MagnaCut provides the perfect blend of toughness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance.

Unlike other stainless steel blades, MagnaCut can be easily resharpened, even by novice knife owners. More wear-resistant than other stainless steels and more corrosion-resistant than carbon steel, MagnaCut is in a class of its own. You can choose either a Stonewash finish or a PVD finish.

NEW FINGER GUARD FOR SAFETY AND COMFORT

The MagnaCut Speedgoat 2.0 introduces a finger guard and a 1/8-inch longer handle for extra security and sheath retention.

The guard keeps your hand from sliding up onto the edge when the handle is wet, and the added length gives the sheath more to hold onto.
ULTRALIGHT DESIGN, 550 PARACORD HANDLE

After skeletonizing the tang to shed unnecessary ounces, we wrapped it in seven feet of 550 paracord to minimize load. The MagnaCut Speedgoat 2.0’s blade is also ultra-thin, measuring just 0.095″ thick at the spine.

It can fix a broken boot lace, tie down a tent, hang meat in a tree, act as a tourniquet for wounds, or help in any number of emergencies. When the paracord is removed from the handle, the Speedgoat still fits securely in its sheath. The Bitterroot, Huckleberry, and Glacier wraps are the same seven feet of 550 paracord as every other Speedgoat 2.0, in colors easier to spot on a tailgate or in a pack.

Too often, ultralight knives have shortened, unwrapped handles that quickly wear out your hands as you process an animal.

Despite its ultralight design, the MagnaCut Speedgoat has enough handle to keep your hands comfortable during extended use.
EXCLUSIVE MKC OPEN CARRY SHEATH 2.0

Each MagnaCut Speedgoat 2.0 comes with a custom MKC Kydex sheath, now made in-house at our shop in Montana.

The sheath features a built-in retention screw to customize blade tension and allow for handle-down carrying. The Speedgoat sheath comes with a Kydex clip that allows you to carry your knife on a pack or belt loop, either horizontally or vertically.
