I’m a huge Cam Hanes fan, so this is a collaboration I was excited to see. This knife feels great in the hand and is a great skinner. If yours hunter, you won’t be disappointed picking one of these up.

I cut my finger three times.
These knives have good edge retention and are extremely sharp, so handle with care and know where your fingers are at all times. I have yet to sharpen this knife and it is still extremely sharp after using several times on different animals.

This is the second MKC knife I have bought and they are absolutely the best thing you have ever put in your hand to skin an animal straight out the box I have used it to fully cape out 2 whitetails and use it for gp use in the woods and have yet to need to sharpen it! Trying to sharpen a blade in the middle of your animal is now a thing of the past!

Knife was not as sharp as I was hoping for. After close examination, one side of the cutting edge appeared to have a different beveled angle from the opposite side. After rolling my thumb across the cutting edge, it was apparent one direction felt different from the other. The over all knife itself looks well made. I love the deep belly on the blade, the full tang construction, and lightweight design. The handle fits my hand really well.
