- 20° Grinding Angle For Robust Sharpness - The 20° grinding angle ensures a long-lasting sharpness for everyday use on sturdy blades such as outdoor and pocket knives and chef knives giving you a robust cutting edge
- 15° Grinding Angle For Filigree Sharpness - The 15° grinding angle gives particularly fine blades made from high-quality carbon or Damascus steel a filigree sharpness. High levels of hardness in such steels allow a knife edge to be sharpened very finely.

I’m historically terrible at sharpening blades. This does a better job than sharpening job I’ve paid to have done. Idiot proof to use and takes probably 2 minutes per blade. Highly recommend

I have tried many ways to sharpen my knifes over many years. Some were more successful than others but few gave me the factory sharpness I was wanting.
