After years of hunting, I’ve learned there’s nothing like a steaming bowl of chili to warm you up after a long day out in the field. But sometimes, you need to shake things up.
That’s where this Spicy White Chicken Chili recipe comes in. It’s a creamy, spicy twist on the classic that’ll have your taste buds dancing.

Ingredients
blank
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Bad Hombre Taco Seasoning
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cans white beans, drained
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Green chilies (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
blank
Start by dicing your chicken with your favorite kitchen knife. Ensure it’s adequately sharpened, and remember to clean and store it properly when you’re done.
Season that chicken with the Bad Hombre Taco Seasoning.
Brown the seasoned chicken in a pot. The key here is to get a nice sear — it’s all about building those layers of flavor.
Toss in the diced onion, white beans, chicken broth, and green chilies. Let this mixture simmer for about 20 minutes. The aroma that’ll fill your kitchen is pure bliss.
Finally, stir in the corn and heavy cream, and heat it through.
